🎃 A Patchwork of Autumn Magic: Pumpkin Season is Almost Here!
Despite a slightly late start this season, our little crop of pumpkins has taken off! We’re tending to a vibrant patch of yellow, white, and classic orange pumpkins, all growing stronger by the day.
We are full of optimism that they’ll be ripe, round, and ready right in time for Halloween! Keep an eye out over the next few weeks—we’ll soon be inviting the whole community out to wander the patch and pick out your favorites.
🌱 Microgreens & Big Flavor: Fresh Harvest Hits!
Our very first harvest of microgreens was a smashing success, and we are overflowing with gratitude for all the wonderful feedback!
The "Salad Mix" (Kale, Cabbage & Broccoli): Truly a showstopper! Our absolute favorite way to eat it right now? A layer of fresh microgreens, a ripe garden tomato, and creamy local cheese piled high on good, crusty bread. Pure heaven! It’s also fantastic tossed onto a burger in place of lettuce, whipped into morning scrambled eggs, or blended into a fresh breakfast smoothie.
Crunchy Pea Shoots: Bright, fresh, and delightfully snappy—perfect for tossing into a weeknight stir-fry or elevating your simple dinner salad.
Coming Soon: We are currently tending to our sunflowers, and we can’t wait to share those crunchy, nutty shoots with you shortly!

We have two huge milestones to celebrate inside the barn:
Kitchen Rentals Open! We officially received our kitchen license! If you are a local food maker, baker, or artisan looking for a licensed, commercial kitchen space to rent and grow your craft, we’d love to connect with you. Reach out and let’s talk!
Gatherings in the Common Room: We are currently sprucing up our Common Room space to make it extra warm and cozy. We anticipate having it ready to host small community gatherings, workshops, and cozy events by November.
