The Sheep Have Returned to Morris Farm

They’re baaaack!

If you’ve taken a stroll by the fields recently, you might have noticed a few extra woolly faces hard at work. We are thrilled to welcome about a dozen ewes back to the pastures at Morris Farm!

These magnificent ladies are setting right back into their natural role as our resident lawn care crew. Fun fact about this special breed: both the rams and the ewes sport a set of impressive horns! They bring so much character, energy, and charm back to the landscape.

Now, as you look out across the rolling green fields, it’s a full house—sheep grazing peacefully to the left, cattle contentedly roaming to the right, and the farm buzzing with life.

There’s nothing quite like the rhythm of the seasons returning to the land, and having these four-legged partners back in the fold makes the Commons feel whole again.

So next time you’re visiting, take a moment to pause by the fence, give a warm wave to our newest (and fluffiest) team members, and enjoy the view. Pull up a chair—there’s always room at our table, and plenty to smile about out in the pasture!
